Konstantina Kotzamani was born in Greece. She graduated in Fine Arts from Thessaloniki Film. She has presented her short films at various international festivals and has won various awards at them. Her short film “Washingtonia” premiered at Berlinale Shorts in 2014 and was nominated for a Golden Bear. She has also been honored by the Greek Film Academy for Best Short Film in 2014 and has been nominated for the EFA Awards. Finally, she has been awarded at the Sitges Film Festival with a Special Mention for “Limbo” (2016).
