Veronika Franz has been a film journalist, assistant director and co-writer for Ulrich Seidl. Together with Severin Fiala, she has directed the documentary “Kern” (2012) and “Goodnight Mommy” (2014), screened in Sitges. Goodnight Mommy won the Méliès d’Argent Award for Best Feature Film at the Sitges Film Festival.
