Diana Peñalver is a Spanish actress that made her debut on the big screen with “EL CASO ALMERÍA” (1984) and during that year she combined cinema with theatre, participating in “LAS GALAS DEL DIFUNTO” (1987) by Valle-Inclán. Other films in which she was part of the cast in the 80’s were “EXTRAMUROS” (1985), “TIEMPO DE SILENCIO” (1986), “EL LUTE: CAMINA O REVIENTA” (1987), “EL AÑO DE LAS LUCES” (1986), “MOROS Y CRISTIANOS” (1987) and “LAS COSAS DEL QUERER” (1989).
At the same time, she also had several roles in television series such as “LORCA, MUERTE DE UN POETA” (1987), “JUNCAL” (1989), “EL OLIVAR DE ATOCHA” (1989) and “EL MUNDO DE JUAN LOBÓN” (1989).
In the 90’s, Peñalver increased her success with “LAS CHICAS DE HOY EN DÍA” (1991) and the following year in “BRAINDEAD: TU MADRE SE HA COMIDO A MI PERRO” (1992) and until the middle of that year she acted in “CANCIÓN DE CUNA” (1994).
At the end of the century, she played Dori in the Telecinco series “MEDITERRÁNEO” (1999-2000). She continued with the series and, in 2008, she participated in “EL COMISARIO”, then in “CUÉNTAME CÓMO PASÓ” (2011), “AMAR ES PARA SIEMPRE” (2018) and finally, “LOS FAVORITOS DE MIDAS” (2020).
